Public notice is hereby given and declared that use of my email address
and/or domain name by any person, electronic entity or company or assigns in
emails for purposes of solicitation or for purposes other than acquiring products
or information offered by TetraLite Products is subject to a usage fee of $100.00
per incident and becomes due upon, and at the time of, use of my property, i.e.,
internet domain name "TETRAMOUSE.COM" in emails received by TetraLite
Products. The demonstrated use of my email address or domain name for such purposes
is considered as acceptance of these publicly published Terms of Use. Further
use of my email address or domain name by said spammers, whether they are a
person or company or assigns or electronic entity, in the course of business
or for any reason, regardless of purpose or intent, except to arrange or make
a payment of usage fees, will continue to add to the incurred usage fees at
the rate indicated above. In addition to the usage fee described herein, interest
charges on overdue usage fees will be added every 30 days at a rate of 10% of
the current total due.
