cannot control the actions of the shadowy overlords that seem to have taken

Terms of Sale and Use
The TetraMouse is not intended for use in critical medical or life support applications
and TetraLite Products will not be responsible for any damages incurred by its
use as such. TetraLite Products will not be held responsible for any damage
or personal harm resulting from the use or misuse of any of its products in
any manner whatsoever.
By purchasing a TetraMouse you agree to not hold TetraLite Products responsible
for any damages whatsoever that may occur to any person, entity, property, computer,
pets or other equipment or furnishings as a result of its use.
Guarantee and Warranty
The Guarantee and Warranty policies are described on the TetraMouse
Guarantee web page. TetraLite
Products reserves the right to make changes to these policies without notice,
however, every effort will be made to keep any policy changes up-to-date on

Price Quotes and Pricing Policy
Prices quoted by email correspondence or other means of communication
are valid for a period of 30 days.
TetraLite Products sells the TetraMouse, TetraZap and accessories at the lowest
prices possible and without preferential treatment for any person or organization.
There are no discount prices offered regardless of quantities ordered. Everyone
get the same low price per unit. All inquiries concerning quantity discounts
are directed to this statement on this web page.
