How to Order
Before you order please send me an email so I can give
you personalized service and discuss any possible options. If you are ordering
from outside the US you must get a quote from TetraLite Products for shipping
cost by email.

When you have determined which options you want with the TetraMouse and you
are ready to order, please

your method of payment.
By purchasing a TetraMouse it shall be assumed that you have read and agree
to the terms and items listed on the TetraMouse Legal
web page.
Foreign orders MUST be arranged in advance by email.
Foreign orders will be shipped by US Mail Express Mail International. Rates
will be determined based on your location. Exact shipping amount will be quoted
by email before you place your order. Additional PayPal fees may apply.
Local Orders
Free delivery (and setup, if desired) within the Greater Seattle area.
Payment Methods
Money order, cashier's check or company check (company checks subject to pre-approval),
and credit cards through PayPal. No checks will be accepted from outside the
U.S.
Money orders, cashier's checks and company checks should be made payable to
TetraLite Products and sent via US Mail. Orders using money orders or cashier's
checks will be shipped when the payment clears the bank. No charges other than
the price and shipping and handling and applicable taxes (WA state residents)
will be added.
Company or organization checks shall be approved for use in ordering if the
shipping address is the same as the company address and the address is printed
on the check. Orders by mail using company or organization checks will be shipped
upon confirmation of funds received at the bank. Confirmation may require up
to 7 business days or more.
Credit card orders through PayPal are the fastest way to order. Orders will
be shipped the same day or following business day. PayPal fees for foreign orders
may be applied to the total price.
